ok, this is a Guide of giving Infractions to people who break some major rules, like posting a warez, swearing, posting illegal content or e.t.c, If someone doesnt know what it is, well Google is Your Best Friend

Guide :-

1st :- Open Admin Panel.

2nd :- Go to Custom Profile  Fields,

3rd :- Click on Add a new Field,

4th :- From "type" Choose "Text"

5th :- Click on Settings

6th :- In Name Put "Fractions"
         Put a Description
         Show in Profile (Make sure is "cheked")
         Show in Posts (I chose "Show Under Post Count), its up to you,
 Then leave everything else default and come to :-
         Show field on registration? :- Click on "Dont show"
         Only allow admins to edit field? :- Make sure is "Cheked"
         Only allow admins to view field?:- Make Sure is "Uncheked"

And then Click on "Save"

Thats it, also announce people the rule, like on my forums is 10 fractions = A Permanent Ban.

i tried it but cant get to it... I went to admin button but then i cant find the custom fields and stuff  can u say again?

Custom profile fields are found:

Admin > Features and Options > Custom Profile Fields

You will have to edit infractions via a users profile. When on their profile go to the Fourm Profile link on the left and modify it there.

Ok to edit the infractions, you will have to click on the users name which will take you go their profile. From there you have to click on the "Forum Profile" button under the "Modify Profile tab on the left. If you have added the field correctly then you should be able to edit it from here.

But, how to make it like at 5 points ur banned for 1 week?

Can't.  It's not connected to the Forum's Ban System (and cannot be)  You have to ban them manually.
All this does is adds a little text field with the words you put in it.
