Here's My Guide on How To Take a Screenshot!

---PART 1---
The first step in taking a screeny is to look at your keyboard.

Find the button that looks like this:

             Prt Scrn
              Sys Rq
That is the button that will allow you to take the screenshot.

---PART 2---
The second step in taking a screenshot is to save it as a file.

When you have the screen on the thing you want to take a pic of, hit the Magic Screeny Button we found

in part 1.

Then, open up paint (Found in files>Acessories>Paint). If you have a mac, I don't know if there is a basic

picture editing/draw style thing.

If there is, open up that.

Then, since hitting the button copied the screen to your clipboard, paste the image into paint.

Then edit/crop it to your liking, and save it into your pictures.

---PART 3---
The next step in posting a screenshot is to register at a picture uploading service. The two best ones are:

http://www.photobucket.com

http://www.imageshack.com

---PART 4---
In this guide I am using photobucket. I am assuming Imageshack is pretty striaghtforward, and if it isn't,

then I will post an update explaining how to use it.

Go to your album.

Select "Upload File"

Find the screenshot you took and saved in paint. To upload multiple files, hold down control and select the

files.

When they are done uploading, give them a title and add them to your album.

Go back to your album.

You should see the images and a bunch of codes under them.

If you are going to post the screeny on the forums, use the IMG code.

If you want to put a picture directly in an email, use the HTML code.

For putting links in an email use the email and IM code.

---PART 5---
Now to post a screeny start a new topic.

I'll just post a pic of my profile for this.

Without the IMG tags it would look like this:

http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii128/3lf_of_M3lee/tutpic-1.jpg

With the IMG tags it will show up as a picture and look like this:

Hope you Enjoyed this guide almost as much as I did making it!

You can DL photoshop on the internet, but its license costs hundreds of dollars.
