Sorry I didnt get to this earlier, I was a bit busy! so here you go
black on its own didnt turn out that great so i put a dark shade of black and the next shade up of black so now it looks better

didnt know what outline looked best so I made 2

I can now place Images Into your userbar requests if you like,

so just give me the image/images you would like in your userbar

and ill Make it
and post it back to you Same day 10 minutes - 2 hours

as long as im online.

if your wanting to put the text ON you create the userbar

make a new layer

and name it text
then click on the "A" make a text box, write what you want,
then on the left tool box scale the text to 10
and make the text white, then move the text to where you would like it,

now on the layer that says what your text says right click that go down and click alpha to selection,

now make a new layer called "black"
now right click on the TEXT on the userbar or sig or what ever,
go to select - grow and grow it by 1

then fill it with black and move ,the black layer underneath the text layer.

now right click on the top layer (the 1st one at the top)

and click flatten image.
 and make a border about 2.0 in size

Hey there graphics guru.. can I request for a userbar that says GND Corporation

Its up to you what colors you want. I'm not good at blending colors. hehe
