I would like to make picture graphics for my forum members... Just wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction? Some people on facebook "buy" graphics so they can put what wording they want on it?! This is what we would like to do :)  Please someone help :) xx

I put wording on with Corel Paint shop pro (PSP)
but there are free online editors that you can use.
