All you need for this is the URL for the image, which you have, so all you would do is:

Click this:
and place the URL in the middle of the 2 tags. :)

What Seldom said was right, right click on the image Click Save As, Save Image As, etc

Then you can go to photobucket, ImageShack, tinypic, etc, and then upload it :)

just a note.. if using IE it would be "save picture as"   ;)

Or check your temporary internet files folder -  you'll find them in there
