If you need to, you can always resize the image. (dont forget, using someone elses images from the internet, without their permission is a no-no)  ;)

Adding a suggestin here  :)

When making banners dont get carried away and make them huge..   You wind up with a very large image that takes a long time to load up for people using a slower service and that can draw them away from using your site.

Also...   when posting images here at support if the image is large would ya please use thumbnails instead of posting the large image?    :)        And lets not use huge images in our sigs here either.

okay but i dont know how to make thumbnails

I'll show you how to do it 2 different options.

1.  With Photobucket

Upload your image to Photobucket
Find the image in Photobucket, put a checkmark in the little box under the image
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click "Generate HTML and IMAGE Code"

The next page will have links on it for you to copy and paste into forum posts.
Choose the one that says:    IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended

Copy the code,  paste it to your post.
It will put a small thumbnail of the image.   When clicked on a new page will open with the larger image.

2.   With Imageshack

Go to:  http://www.imageshack.us/
Click the Browse button
Browse your hard drive and find the image you want to post
Click the "Host it"  Button
After the image is uploaded you will have a page with the links on it to post in threads.
Choose the one that says:  Thumbnail for forums (1)
Copy the code,  paste it to your post.
It will put a small thumbnail of the image.   When clicked on a new page will open with the larger image.
