Gimp Tutorials

If anyone has some simple tutorials for beginners like background making,I would really like to make a logo and put my name on it,etc.

If you havent looked thru it yet check the Graphics Tutorial list stickyed in the Graphics Section

Yeah,I tried that.I didn't find quite what I was looking for,but thanks anyways :)
