um, can u post the donwload link for it, dont know what to find, and the sig i have is the banner one, i guess the one u posted is a bit smaller, the one above THIS post

If you look at the "newest" banner I posted, the smiley is in a better spot.
Download gimp at this site:http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html

You need the GTK+2 runtime environment also (its there to) or else GIMP wont work. After you download it, you can mess around with it. I can give you tips, but I can't teach you how to do lots of stuff.
