Is someone willing to make me a birthday graphic?

Width: 260 pixels
Height: 400 pixels
Background: Something bright and colorful!
Images: Balloons, gifts, cake
Text: Just leave an area in the center where I can add my own text to it

You can resize it your self using ImageMagic.  That's how I got it smaller, it started as a desktop image.
