[Request] Banner.

Can someone make me a banner that says: ~Chill Zone~

Around it I want some sort of black fire. The words "Chill Zone" to be like a steel color, and black fire around it.

Bottom right coner, in small but visible letters, put in "Owner: Gablilg" in the color orange, or sometype of royal orange color.

Can anyone do that? Haha. I know its a lot. Sorry. Just being creative and I dont have programs.

Why... thank you. Show me the finishd version. Ill study it and see if I want anything changed. I want it to be perfect, so but yo work into it!!!

it is all free.

pluss do yo9u really want fire becasue thats hard to do, i can make a really good ice effect. ill make 2 exactly the same but ill have the text 1 one fire and one in ice. you choose ill im pm you code.
