There great how do you do them i am on paint shop and it says somet like make it a solid background??

best way is open it in Jasc Animator.. if you have Paint Shop you should also have Animator.
Then click the icon for "export frames to Paint Shop Pro"

In Paint Shop click on Colors > Colorize
Adjust the numbers til you get it the color you want..  click ok
I used er  255 and 98 to get those pink
Then click X on it and it will ask you if you want to Update the Animation Shop frame.
Tell it yes.    Save it in animation shop.
That way the background will be transparent.

You CAN save it in PSP as a transparent gif but Im so use to Animator that I do it this way.
