With the Webpage editor....
« on: June 03, 2008, 09:28:51 pm »
Ok so, i want to use the webpage editor to add a page to put in extra games not available with the arcade, so i made a new page, and titled it games. So far so good.

I went to test it, just to see if it worked before adding any games, but it doesn't make a page like i thought it did, the background behind the text is clear, which makes the text hard to read.

So, how would i put in just a box, for the text to sit on, so its easier to read?

I have the style picker on my portal, so if i made the text white, people who pick a light background would find it hard to read, and if the text is dark, those who pick a dark background would have the same problem.

Just make a <table> and give it a BGcolor , then place the text in the table

Example

<table border="0" bgcolor="#000080" width="100%">
<tr>
<td>
enter your text here

</td>
</tr>
</table>
