why is my forum showing this???

my forum is showing the same person online....only them and no one else its all the time since early hours today.
it doesnt matter what computer i use  x

Search engine bots will spider forums and will generally always be around such as google, yahoo, bing. This is probably what is causing that person to appear to be online all the time.

but they are a everyday member ...
is it the same thing??

this is a registered member that is saying they have been online for all this time but when i click on to ''whos online'' its showing me but not this member???

Try going to..
ADMIN - Forum Maintenance - Then do "Fix any errors..." and "Recount all totals..."

please help......ive done everything i can think off and what others have said to do

Do this:

Admin > Features and Options
Scroll down abit
Place a checkmark in the box labeled "Track Daily Statistics"
Click SAVE
       

Then run Maintenance

Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and see if that helps you
