White Screen

Hello all.

This is my first time posting in the support forum, its the first time I ever needed to..


I tried to access my forum today to discover that I am getting a blank white screen, thats it.

No error message, nothing in my E-mail (checked the spam as well) to let me know about a problem... just a blank, white screen.

I saw a posting with a similar problem and I read all 6 pages of it but I still cant find a way to fix this.. I need help from the higher powers that be.

yeah, another freind of mine can see it too...

so the forum works... question is, what could have changed between last night and this morning that is preventing me from seeing the forum?

If thats what you meant then i have just tried it, and its still not working...

here is a pic of the screen that I get...


Could this be an issue with my ISP?  A freind of mine suggested that it might be so, but if it is, then how can I see THIS support forum?

sorry about the frustration, but it seems that I, the admin of the forum is the only one who cant see it... baffeling aint it?

Read through it ;) It'll answer every question you could have about this white screen, or as we like to refer to it as, The White Screen of Death.

It's due to the server not being able to handle the load of all of the forums..and unfortunately there's little anyone can do but wait.

Actually, the server 2 people aren't affecting the server 1 people at all. It's mostly do to the old software(1.0.x) not treating the servers nicely ;)
