Manage Styles > Modify Style > Select the default

you cant edit the default theme's css code, you have to create a new stylesheet and then you can modify its code by going to Admin CP < Manage Styles > Modify Styles > Select the new stylesheet you just made - the css code is all the way down at the bottom

To actually use that stylesheet on your forum, you then need to go to Admin CP > Manage Styles and select it from the drop down menu
