in google and see if you can find a place you can upload it to..   

I used Favicon from pics to create the favicon for my forum

A great place to upload any file type including ico files is File Up Yours

They will provide you with a link to plug into Sibyl's code.

It's quite easy to do actually.

ok i cant make .ico files, i only have photoshop and fireworks 

chiquitita.. if you would like,  pm an image to me that you want to use for it-  ill send it back to you in .ico format.
Patience though     Im abit busy until Weds/Thursday but I WILL get to it for you.

are you on dail-up?

I usally use freewebs and when i want upload a file it crashed you cann't access the file on dail-up. Sometimes it is the server fault even your are or boardband. I know a lot about servers. This is very comman.

You mean icons of the menu bar?

This problem happens a lot. Just hit the refesh button. It hapen on every forum. I am not sure why but it i thinks is to do with how many people are that server. Honestly i don't know.
