After you create the webpage copy the url .. best place to copy it is from when you first enter webpage editor.
Use that url (with no spaces after it) for the custom tab.
I have seen instances where creating a webpage with spaces in the name does not work.   It doesnt mind you useing spaces in the name of the custom tab.

Copy the WebPage Editor's URL

When you click on webpage editor (admin/webpage editor) you will see the url of the page you made.
Copy THAT url.

Tried what you said, Didn't work.

When you named the webpage did you name it more then one word with spaces between the words?
If so Edit the webpage and change the name of it and dont use spaces.  Try that.

I am personally getting a "No Input File Specified" error on the page.

Though...I'm not sure how to fix that myself.
