This is probably stupid but... you can kick me for asking but could someone explain how to make a thread members only? Like Guests can't view it. If there's no such thing then can someon explain how how to make categories invisible to guests?

You will have to set each board so that Guests cannot see them.
Modify the boards, uncheck Guests.

Keep in mind that as part of the Terms of Service you MUST have at least ONE board visible to Guests.
