Way to get it to say users online now?

Is there a way to get it to say users online now. It says the past 15 minutes, but I want right then and now. Hopefully someone can help.

No way to make it say  "users online now"

You can adjust that 15 minutes -  Admin > Features and Options > User online time threshold
