I normally buy the 100,000 clicks but decided this time to buy the unlimited. I received my receipt of payment like I normally do but the ads are still there. Is there something more I need to do? Because before when I bought them they'd just disappear.

Fixed. Make sure you use your subdomain when you place any upgrade/credit order otherwise the system will not pick it up. Since you are using a custom domain.
