unknowned action

when I track  members online  why  would  I  have  a  member  show  up  as  their  whereabouts  shows  as   
unknown  action  and  how  would  I  correct  that .  could  it  be  caused  by  playing  a  game  link  to  another  web  site ?

Unknown action is often caused by going to certain parts of the forum where the tracker can't follow them, such as the arcade. At this time there is no way to fix that. Sorry.

Thanks for your quick reply!  :) We have one member that never does any postings  :knuppel2: but always showed as "unknown action" and we thought it was sort of fishy, now we understand. Thanks again.  :laugh:
