Unable to reset password or access forum in Maintenance Mode

To whom it may concern,

I'm a staff member at this forum and need to retrieve some data I'm suspecting has been left on the forum, but the root administrator has long been unavailable and so the forum can no longer be accessed by her. I've tried to log in the forum myself but I do not recall the credentials and requesting them through a password reset loops the forum back to maintenance mode.

If any more information needs to be provided, let me know. Thanks in advance for a response!

OMG! I have similar problem! I'm actually the admin of the forum but unfortunately for almost 2 years, I have left the forum in Maintenance Mode. But then today, I cannot access to it as I have forgotten my password. Err! Bad memory! >_<

And I have something to recover in that forum! I really hope you can help me too.

Hi sorry for bumping an old topic but it's exactly what I need.

Basically I have this forum that's been in maintenance mode for years and I still remember my password but not the username. I have been trying for days... Is there any chance you could help me, please?
