I can't...

We have to wait for the servers to be fixed. It MIGHT be something that SMF For Free can fix but I don't know anything more than it's not just your forum. It's all forums on server 3.

How long will this take and is there another server I can use.  Because if server 3 is not working is there a server 4 I can use?

It's fine. This happens every once in a while. It doesn't take long to fix. I'm sure he's working on it now. It will be fixed soon. We just have to sit and wait :)
