How Do I get an advertisement stickied? I see someone else has for a limited amount of time, how do I do it?

Are you talking about the Featured Forums in the Advertisement Board?

Go to the Upgrade link at the bottom of your forum or inside your Admin Panel go to Ad Free & Upgrades.
From there you can purchase the SMF For Free Hosting Featured Listing

..Rotated link on main page of SMF For Free for $10
..Featured in the top spots in the directory and leaderboard.
..Sticky post in Support Forums under advertise your site.
..Runs for one month.
