Sticky seperator

I noticed that these support forums have their "sticky" topics seperated by a horizontal bar. Is it possible to do this on our boards? If so,how?

Mine have the seperator.

Maybe it's only for the default theme. Yeah...I think it's default theme only.

smf for free only has it done on some i think...default for sure...and i no that its on midnight mist...not on yabb though....i thought it was something that he was werkin on...i think
