SP2 Problem

Im trying to edit the membergroup symbols for Admin, mod, gmod, and member, but it stays the same after i did custom images, plus i want to recolor my name thing too but i can't do that either...  :( need help!

Well i knew that, but when i when to custom images, there's a editing part on changing them into custom symbols but nothing changed, why?

oh ok, plus when i try to change the stars in membergroups that doesn't work either, is that not working too?
