DD-Spirit bomb  if you are using the default or yabb theme, you could put the links in your headers or footers. If you look on my site i am using the yabb theme.....there you will see that i put liinks in the headers for easy access for my members to go to recent post etc. If you look in the welcome section....LINKS ....that is another way of putting them in ..... in your threads/posts  The coding for both are slightly different.

Go to Admin Panel
Go to Current Themes Settings
at the very top put the number of posts that you want to show up in the recent posts
Putting 0 (zero) there disables it

Check that area for all themes you use
