slow load time

I don't know if it is just my site but I am having a lot of slow loading issues.  Just about every time I click on something it takes forever to load and in many cases just a wight screen appears.  I constantly have to refresh to get anywhere.  Help!

Loads ok for me. Is it getting stuck on a widget or code or ad? Ie can you see part of the page?

Our board is not accessible. Went down about 30 minutes ago. Comes up but when you try to post it goes down and errors out.
