Set post permissions

How do I set posting permissions to a specific Category, or what would be the best way to do this. In the category DEMOS, it is read only, for the general public and members, but I want to set it up, so that when a member has 5 posts he/she may post also in this category.

You would use your post count Membergroups to do that.
Create a new Membergroup (or modify an existing one) and set the Required Posts to 5
Make sure to give that group access to the Boards you want the group to be able to see.
Then modify the Permissions for that Membergroup
