Server Downtime...

Is the server backing up nightly around now?  (12:00-12:30 AM)

Just wondering if that could be changed...its kinda killing conversations...

This happens on my forum every night at this time too, and has for a long time. I wished I could tell you why but I have never been able to receive confirmation one way or the other on why it is happening. Since its an every night thing, one can probably safely assume that its a scheduled backup of the servers. Its hard to pick a time to do them that will make everyone happy and they have to be done. SMF probably has them scheduled for when he is sleeping.
