smf for free vs smfpro forum questions

But I get more help from other members on her and the SMF For Free"heh guy"

I went to this place, that is running wild with so many members, and I don't understand alot of their experience they are refer to when they post.

My question is, where is the best place for one to go to for help?
I prefer the www.smfforfree forum as you the members and "smf heh" guy are the ones who respond the fastest.
Should I be posting my questions here to get an answer or help? If not, could I just go back to being a SMFFOR FREE Forum so I can post on here?

Basiclly how it works if you questions about the SMF software you would go to simplemachines.org

Account questions and SMF Pro questions would be posted in the SMF Pro forum's.

Thank you for a quick reply.
Since I can not access the Web Based File Manager for my SMF PRO plan, I'll just wait to see if they answer me. No members go there, they seem to hang out here. Just trying to do 2 simple things and my settings are not allowing me to do so.Thanks for the response
