Root admin V.S Admin

On some boards they have Root Adminstrator (which is the owner and you can also make a few other root admins if you want) and then you have Adminstrator, the differance is, the Root admin can have access to everyones profile and what not, but admin will have access to everyone but the root admin.

I need this function, I have 3 admins counting myself, I'm trying to set up the permissions for a reg admin, but it comes too this section

Member administration

  • Moderate forum members
  • Manage and assign membergroups
  • Manage permissions
  • Manage ban list
  • Send a forum email to members

The "Manage usergroups and permissions" turn it off for all, I just want it turned off when they try to access my stuff. Does this make since?

I don't mind the admins too see my info. I have one admin, I'm worried about, and I can't be rude and just knock him down, but being the owner of my board the other admins shouldn't beable to delete me from my own forum.

Admins can't delete you from the forum ;)

The Root Admin cannot be deleted I believe. I heard SMF For Free say it once.

I just made a test account and tried it out, and noone can delete me, but other admins can delete other admins...  ;D
