I seem to be having trouble getting posts that have been reported by members..

I thought they would come up in the form of a PM but they dont....
The members can report them alright but I dont get the reported message ..

Where are the reported messages sent to so that I can view them.........

They are sent to the email address(s) of your Administrators and Moderators  so they should come into your email account. 

Ive gotten them in email from here when someone uses the "report to moderator" link here.    I just tested it at my own forum to make sure, and I did get the email sent to my email address (as Administrator of my forum)

Now another question when I have you here ...
I have set my global mods not to be fit to remove topics but it still shows up for them...
I dont want them to be fit to remove topics jus move them to another board ...
In the permissions the remove topic option is denied...
But they still can remove the topic...
Any ideas.........

And is there any way I can set the report to goto admin or mods PM instead of e-mail.......

Under permissions for Global Moderator...  in the section:
Global Board Permissions - Global Moderator
You would need to set them there to deny deleting posts.
Also deny removing topics if you wish.

If it is still showing up for them Im not sure why?
Have you tried making a test acct so you can play with the settings to check , so you'll know
for sure what they are seeing?

I don't believe there is a way to do that, sorry  :(
I think (just looked around in admin at my forum to see) that it only does it by email.

Am bouncing my head of the wall now ...............LMAO...
Can get permissions for global mods on some boards but not all boards ...
I have set all permissions for global mods to allow all mod functions but it only shows on a few boards ....
I will get to the bottom of this yet............... >:( >:(

Check your board permissions. Make sure nothing along those lines are denied.

I think I have it sorted just want to check with one of you first......

When I click on edit permissions and goto edit a certain membergroups permissions there is a section for Global Board Permissions ....
Is this the setting for the global mods for that board....


Any what exactly does this section mean in edit permissions..........Permissions by Board...
It has global and local choices is this to show if the board is modded by local mod or global mod..
