  I want to make the members who join my FOrum to include their birthday upon registering but when they register the Birthday textBox doesnt appear. How do I force it to come out so everyone can post their birthdays?

There is already an option in their profiles for entering their birthdate.   There is not a way to force that field upon registration.

You can make a 'new' field that will show on registration by using Custom Profile Fields.   It can be set as a required field.
It would show in their profile and/or posts depending on how you set it,  but that will NOT put it on the calendar.
