redirect after posting

Where is the option to redirect a member to the topic s/he just posted instead of to the forum home page right after posting?

I know I read the answer somewhere in here but I can't seem to find that answer  here or the location on my forum.

Profile > Look and Layout Preferences > Check the box that says "Return to topics after posting by default"

This is a member specific option not one an admin can turn on for every one
