Re-Sizing Forum Board Width?

Is it possible to re-size how wide my boards are?
I want them to be like this, but they take up the whole width of the screen, and I don't know how to change it...
For the record I'm using SMF 1 (a freesmfhosting url)

Is that the exact style you are using?    If not then a link to the style you ARE using OR a link to your forum would help.    The reason is that HOW to change it is going to depend on the css and possibly header/footer info for your specific style.
