Quick Question

Okay, i've been searching the Admin CP for an hour now and I cannot find where to enable the Recent Topics feature. I've done this before but I can seem to find it again. Could anyone tell me where I'd find this?

I think that it is only available to be put on the bottom of the forum by the stats on SMF. You can put it on a portal, though.
Admin CP-Portal Settings-Add Block-Type:recentpost .
