Putting links in the links page

hello SMF For Free, i have a question about the Links page.

Are we allowed to place links there like yahoo, local tv channel website, ebay, gaming and walkthrough websites, local news, entertainment sites like FHM and NBC, etc?

or would it be considered as advertising and faces the risk of violating your TOS?

please guide me about what links are allowed and what's not.
