on my board all profiles show as being "online" although there is only one member online right now. (we also have the 'guest' thing...ranging from 24 to 46..but the who's online list only shows one member and two guests.)

I have not so many members but ive seen it also that a member is show up as guest.

If any of you are seeing any error messages please post the exact error message, what you did when you got it - that will help him with this.    SMF will have to take a look at this again.

I have a guest with an IP from Mass. viewing my ADMIN page right now.

Even though it says that in the Who's Online you do not need to worry.  Guests can not view your Admin page , or any page they do not have permission to view.    It is more then likely a search engine spider and you'll see some odd results listed in the who's online at times.   

For instance this one:
Guest (66.249.68.112)  01:51:43 pm Posting in The Measure of a Man.

That is a google search engine spider.   There is no way it is posting on your forum

 Please edit the IP Numbers out of your post btw.
