I'm having several problems with my forum....kind of weird ones that have been happening for the last few days:

1.  When I post a reply I get the message "Caution - Another poster has posted, you may want to review your post" even though nobody has posted.

2.  I not seeing all the posts and modifications that users have made.  However, when the above error does happen, the post history shows all of the posts that have been made.

3.  Within threads, its showing the posters as online, even though the users online on the front page only shows me online.

Any help would be appreciated.  I've tried forum maintanence and that did nothing for the above problems.

Thanks!
Topper

Problems 2 and 3 are likely due to the caching system used on these forums and the problems don't last long before it corrects itself.

maybe you put some invalid code in your forum that messed it up.

Nope, I'm using just the default settings....I've modded nothing!!!

Still happening....one forum shows 43 posts, yet when you get into the forum and count the posts, there is only about 1/2 of that number showing.

I'm now having this additional problem when trying to modify a post....

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

When I try and remove this topic or a post from this topic I get the following message...

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

Log out, try again, same thing, over and over and over.  The forum/topic is:
"Satit Ramkhamhaeng Student Forum - Part of the Satit Ram Student Newspaper > General Information for All Teachers and Students > Newspaper Articles > Environment - Global warming - Tan12-210 and Gun6-210"

I would really like some advice.  I know SMF is very busy but my students and I are depending on this forum!

Thanks,
Topper/Teacher Bob

Topper, if it is only you having the problem, try clearing your cache and see if that helps.  If not we may have to have SMF take a look.

Session verification errors are likely due to the cookies not being saved properly on your end.

Check your cookie settings on your browser. If they're strict..make them less strict.
If you use cloaking or a redirection URL on your domain, try not using it for a bit.
