Problem with my forum

Okay there is one huge problem.

I'm the main admin of my forum and xboi209 is my admin partner.

Each time he comes, our headers code gets deleted itself. I'm wondering if someone can help us fix that.
I might think one of code is bugged, or it is ruined itself...
