Problem with logging into my forum

i haven't upload my site yet and i have a problem with logging in! When i am trying to connect to localhost/smf/index.php it says :
Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.
Yesterday it was fine! :D :D :D What should I do????

I think its because there are to many people on smf

but my forum isnt uploaded yet! i use it with wamp server!

  This sounds like a non Smf for Free forum and  you are not using a forum hosted by this service you need to seek support thru http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php as support here is for forums hosted by SMF for Free only.
