Poll posting, Moving the chat box, Ezblock

I cannot find out how to post a poll without having to put it underneath the chat box, I want my Poll either on the left column, or right next to the chat box, not below it  :buck2:
I have no idea what to do, and i don't know what an HTML is...
Please help with my ezblock poll problem!

---Oh and I want to move my chatbox into the bottom middle part of the screen
and hope to have a chatbox on the left side of it if so... Or using the eblock to put it on the left column

The URL you gave us doesn't work for me.

and I'm not sure I really understand what you want to do....

Instead of putting the block in the Center column, put it in the right or left....
