I was wondering if there was anyway to turn off a members pm? So he couldn't send out any.

I think you can only do that for a member group not an individual member.

Try editing the member group permissions.

You would have to make a new membergroup, edit the permissions for that group, set it so that pms cannot be sent then move the member to that group
