Firefox is another web browser that you could use instead of Internet Explorer.

I found the thread from before clair.    (Im going to merge them)

SMF had looked at it before for you and said it works fine with the firefox browser.
I know it works with IE 7.0 as well as that is what I use.

It does require that you have javascript installed and enabled in order for the Ajax Quick Reply to work as it should.
You may need to check your browser settings, possibly update your java.   Newest ver is Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0.6
