News Header Content Showing Up Multiple Locations On Forum

I posted something within the forum news.

Can not figure out how to get rid of the duplicate content that is showing up on top in the red box area ( also called news ) of the forum.

Help ?  :)

in Admin > Current Theme uncheck Enable News?

I unchecked it, but it still shows in both places.  :-\
