New To This With Questions

This is my first attempt at a website, I Made a forum now I need to know how I put that to a website? Also how can I add another Administrator or Mod?

For adding mods/admins:
Go to the Members Profile > Account Related Settings
Change their "Primary Membergroup" to the appropriate membergroup.
       
You can not plant your forum into another website, but you can put a link on the website that leads to your forum. (I think that's what you're asking.)
