Need help.. smilies not working

Our site has been having this problem for a few weeks... all or most of the smilies that used to work do not seem to work anymore. They all show up as boxes with red X's in them... Here's the settings we used:




This is what it's showing for just about every smiley:




And this is what it appears when trying to post quick replies or normal posts:





.... any help would be greatly appreciated..

Create a new smiley set called users/aow and set that as your primary smiley set.

This is what i've done and it still doesn't seem to be changing anything... it seems that the filenames themselves aren't working. The url http://images.smfboards.com/Smileys

Is there an alternate url i can use?

I tried it one more time... for a second the smilies on the shoutbox worked but then disappeared after i clicked into a topic. Now none of them work.. all of the custom smilies don't show up if i try to add them.. :-\
