SLOW CONNECTION SPEED

having  the  same  problem  accessing  smfforfree support.
 would  pull  up  the  page  but  took  forever  to  load
 when I  get  to  my  home  page  it  takes  forever  to  load  another  page  up
this  is  what  I  get
 waiting for www.chatjunkershousecom.smfforfree.com/index.php/topic,411,765.html

It  took  1 minute 13 seconds  to  post  this  message  and  7  minutes
 to  get  back  here  to  add  this  using  IE 8 first  then  google  chrome

On MLNO.org it hangs up on "waiting for SMF Images"
