Moving a post in the same board

Hi guys!  Just wanted to ask if it's possible to move a post in the same forum.

I'll explain what the problem is.  i've made a board in my forum for new members to introduce themselves. i prefer if each member introduce themselves by clicking on 'New Topic.'  but i forgot to lock my sticky topic on this board.  that was my mistake.  one newbie posted his introduction message by clicking on 'Reply' button of this sticky topic.  well, i've locked it now.  but is there a way of moving the member's introductory message as a New Topic in the same board?

ok .. i'll have to check if i have those guidelines written somewhere ..
